Discover the Power of Lymphatic Drainage

Congestion / Inflammation

> Not feeling your best?
Are you suffering from decreased memory, low energy, brain fog, inflammation, frequent colds, headaches / sinus issues, swelling of limbs, difficulty in losing weight or chronic pain? If so, it may be toxicity overloading your immune system and lymphatic therapy might be the solution.

Is it Your Lymph System?

The lymphatic system is the most overlooked system of the human body. You can think of it like a toilet. It carries away the body’s “sewage”, working almost parallel to the circulatory system. But, as the heart has a pump, the lymph system does not. If lymph moves through exercise among other things your ALT can teach you. It stagnates in your body and everything just gets “stuck” leading to disease and inflammation.

Why is This a Problem Today?

Our ancestors most likely did not have a problem with their lymphatic system because of regular exercise, proper nutrition and a clean environment.
However, today we are overloaded with sedentary lifestyles, low nutrition food, pesticides, chemicals and environmental toxins. Our body’s cannot keep up and our lymph stagnates.
 What is Lymphatic Drainage?
Assisted Lymphatic Therapy is a very gentle therapy with very strong results. The XP2 instrument uses noble gas ionization to reach the energy field of the lymph cells via light and sound frequencies.
Proteins are re-polarized causing retained fluid and congested areas to flow better. Clients often feel uplifted and relaxed.
Prevention
We can’t prevent Lymph congestion but we can support the system to clear it.
Remember, the lymphatic system does not have a pump like the circulatory system (heart) but relies on your physical movement to get it going.
Pre & Post Surgery
Lymphatic drainage speeds up the healing process after any surgery.  It can decrease bruising, inflammation, scaring and speed up healing. After liposuction, the areas where your fat was removed are filled with fluid. Lymphatic drainage will help to move this fluid along so that these spaces will close together faster. Draining is more effective in the beginning because the consistency is more like water, later it becomes more jelly-like.
> Doctors recommend 5-7 initial sessions.
